Hey There!
I´ve spent the last few years working with administrative professionals around the world and I have absolutely LOVED it. I´ve loved talking to you, listening to you, and finding out what you need, and what you want. I heard you when you said you felt ignored, I heard you when you said it felt like there was no one checking on you, and I heard you when you were craving a community that felt like YOUR community.
So, here´s the goal: I want to build a platform where you can come together, talk, read, learn, and find information to help you succeed.
All About A-Class
While diving into the administrative professional community, I have gotten to know many many wonderful people - some of them had spent their entire careers giving it their all, going above and beyond, holding companies together like glue and evidently ensuring the companies´success, while not ever feeling proud and appreciated for what they do on a daily basis. I thought to myself: How is this possible?
So I did some research. I found out that more than X people are working in administration worldwide and because of the complexity of their roles, they are literally running the show. And even though there are singular attempts here and there to change the image of the administrative professional (e.g. by hosting awards or by offering training courses to a specific group) - overall, assistants are still underrepresented, not taken seriously enough, and even worse - they often made feel like they are not doing anything special when in fact, they are the very reason successful businesses become and stay succesful.
Then I thought: How can we support them, give them the recognition they deserve and most importantly: Bring joy to their days?

"Feeling like you belong" is in my opinion the biggest point. Nothing is as bad if you are in good company and feel supported. So, I created our forum. It will be a safe space for everyone who interacts with it . I will make sure of it.
Next, I think it is important to offer them support FOR FREE. I want to help them, so that´s what I will do - without trying to profit off of them.
Thirdly, there should be ONE place they go to when they need support. A hub where they get the latest industry news, resources, information, training and even inspiration for new career challenges.

Basically, our goal is that A-Class Training will grow into the go-to hub for assistants globally.
